Membership Program Rules and Regulations

The following are the rules and regulations governing your participation in Gymboree Play Programs, Inc.'s ("Gymboree") Membership Program (the "Program").

1. Your membership in the Program is complimentary and may be terminated at any time.
2. Your membership in the Program is limited to the term of your enrollment in classes at a Gymboree Play & Music center or to any other term designated by Gymboree in its sole discretion.
3. This Program and any of the benefits available under the Program may be altered or discontinued at any time in Gymboree's sole discretion. These rules and regulations can be altered at any time in Gymboree's sole discretion. Gymboree will post revisions to these rules and regulations here.
4. Your membership entitles you to take up to two free classes at a Play & Music site that is not your home site while you are traveling anywhere in the world. Simply bring your membership card to the Play & Music site and you will be allowed to take a class.
5. Your membership card must be presented to take advantage of special members-only offers and/or events at all US and Canada Gymboree retail stores. To use for special members-only offers and/or events online at www.gymboree.com, refer to the member number listed on the membership card. Use of your membership card is restricted to the terms and conditions governing the current Gymboree promotion. (refer to the Promotions area on www.gymboree.com for additional details). Unless otherwise stated, your membership card will not be valid at Gymboree Outlet locations.
6. Your membership is personal to you. Only you are authorized to use your membership card. You may not sell, transfer, barter, auction or otherwise distribute your membership card or your membership.
7. You may not alter or duplicate your membership card and may not maintain more than one membership account at any one time.
8. You participation in the Program is dependent on your strict adherence to the rules described herein, including any rules later disclosed to you. Your violation of any of these rules and regulations could result in your immediate termination from the Program.
